The problem
Your GTM stack has tools. It still needs a team.
A lead database finds contacts. A sequencer sends emails. A writer creates content. A CRM tracks conversations. But someone still has to connect the work.

Five connected steps. You approve the profile first, and you choose how much runs without you.

Learn your business
Agents read your website and propose your ICP, personas, value propositions, competitors, approved proof points, brand voice and banned claims. You can edit and approve all of it.

Scaling your platform team
Hi Sarah,
I noticed your team is hiring platform engineers1.
As infrastructure teams grow, keeping developer workflows consistent can become harder.
Would it be useful to compare how teams approach that transition?

The right buyer. A real reason. The right moment.

Trusted research
Every important claim should have a source.
Agents connect research-based statements to evidence you can inspect before outreach is sent. Sentences without a source are dropped. A source can still be wrong, so you can always check it.

What is an AI go-to-market team?
A set of AI agents that do the work a small sales and marketing team would do: learn your business, find buyers, write outreach, follow up, handle replies and publish content. You set the rules. They do the work and show you what they did.
How is Outladder different from an AI SDR?
An AI SDR usually covers outbound email. Outladder also researches your company, watches buying signals, handles replies and plans and publishes content, all from one approved company profile. Every outside action goes through the same approval policy and hard limits.
Do I need to connect my own data provider?
Yes, to find new contacts. Outladder uses your own keys for providers such as Apollo, RocketReach, Hunter or People Data Labs, or a CSV you import. We do not sell leads and we do not share a lead database between customers. You can still build your company profile and content plan without one.
Can Outladder use my existing mailboxes?
Yes. Connect Gmail, Microsoft 365 or any SMTP and IMAP mailbox, or run sequences through your own Smartlead or Instantly account. Outladder suggests separate sending domains, so cold email never puts your main domain at risk.
Can I approve outbound emails first?
Yes. Each channel has its own mode: approve every action, approve the first 10 and then run on their own, or autopilot. You can change the mode at any time, and there is a dry run switch that stops anything from being sent or posted.
What happens when a prospect replies?
Any reply stops the sequence for that person. The Reply Agent classifies it, for example interested, not now, a referral, out of office or unsubscribe. An interested reply gets a drafted answer, with your booking link if you set one. An unsubscribe goes on the suppression list straight away.
How does Outladder check AI-generated claims?
Each researched sentence in an email must point to a source, such as a signal or a field on the account. Sentences without a valid source are dropped. Sentences that use one of your banned claims are dropped too. Blog drafts go through a separate fact-check step.
This is a check in the workflow, not a guarantee. A source can be out of date or wrong, so you can inspect it before anything goes out.
How are sending limits enforced?
In code, before each send, in every mode. Each mailbox has a daily cap you set, a four-week ramp-up for new mailboxes and an automatic pause when bounces pass 3% or complaints pass 0.1%. The suppression list is checked right before each send. Choose caps that suit your domain and audience. No single number is right for everyone.
Can I connect my existing CRM?
HubSpot, Attio and Pipedrive have two-way sync of companies and people, with emails, replies and meetings logged. Salesforce is coming soon.
Can Outladder publish blog posts automatically?
Yes, if you allow it. Drafts are written from your topic plan with sources, fact-checked and then published to WordPress, Webflow, Ghost, a GitHub pull request or another supported target. On approve each, a person approves every post first.
How much does AI usage cost?
You set daily and monthly AI budgets for each workspace, and work stops at the limit. Admins see the cost of each run, and large runs show an estimate first. Plan prices and included AI budgets are not final yet.
Can I stop an agent at any time?
Yes. You can pause any agent, switch a channel back to approve each, or turn on dry run for the whole workspace. Actions waiting in your inbox do not go out until they are approved.
Does Outladder support GDPR and other regional requirements?
Outladder has safeguards that help: a country table for cold email that blocks unknown countries, suppression and unsubscribe on every email, a line saying where the data came from, and a postal address for US recipients.
These are technical controls. They do not make a campaign legally compliant on their own. You are the sender. You need a lawful basis to contact each person and should take your own legal advice.
Do I need technical skills to set it up?
No. You start with your website, review the profile the agents draft and connect tools with a sign-in or an API key. Setting up a sending domain (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) is easier with some DNS access, and we show you what to add.
Build the GTM team you don’t have to hire.
Start with your website. Review your plan. Choose your limits. Let your AI team get to work.
Your tools. Your rules. Your growth.
